A series of connected green spaces will be planted in groves of native trees and groundcover, enhanced with amenity-driven retail and dining options, and will tie into the riverfront trail system.

Pittsburgh Technology Center is positioned to be the region’s premier research and development center well into the next generation. It is planned as urban, with a greater degree of mixed use, and a strong, quality open space system to better create a sense of place.
