Scuilllo & Goodyear, PC commissioned Loysen + Kreuthmeier Architects to design a new building for their law offices in Castle Shannon’s business district. In order to convey the history and tradition of the profession, as well as complement the character of the surroundings, the building was designed as a historically accurate Georgian residence that has been renovated as law offices – though all construction is new. The siting continues the existing urban street face, while allowing a pocket courtyard for the enjoyment of occupants and passers-by alike. The project includes office space, support spaces, and a law library/conference room.
