The Wadsworth Apartment Building is Phase Two of the Oakland Affordable Living project. Working with Oakland Planning and Development Corporation and the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, Phase One included the renovation and expansion of six 4-unit apartment buildings. Phase Two is a new 25-accessible-unit apartment building that includes two levels of parking and a large community room.
